Soil organic matter (SOM) is considered a fundamental element for the vitality of agricultural soils. The depletion SOM main concern grape-growing compartment as increase mechanical approach fastening its degradation. loss in vineyard soils lead to decrease yield and quality products consequence reduction soil chemical biological fertility. In order contrast erosion, research aiming at finding sustainable management practices are enhancing sector. present study three-year was carried out with aim compare application three different fertilizers. effects fertilisation on vines, grapes wines were investigated five Italian wine-growing areas. positive effect highlighted, especially conservation acidic content must. fertilization also revealed differences wine aromas tasting.
